Amreesh Hardith

I started my IT career with a strong interest in Windows Servers and Virtualization, and over the last 3+ years, I have built solid experience in managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
In my current role, I work on Windows Server administration, Active Directory user and GPO management, DNS/DHCP troubleshooting, and VMware virtualization. A typical day involves monitoring servers, resolving incidents, handling user requests, performing patching activities, and ensuring system availability.
On the VMware side, I manage ESXi hosts, vCenter, VM provisioning, snapshots, VMotion, P2V migrations, and performance issues. I have also supported backup and recovery operations and participated in critical incident handling and RCA discussions.
I enjoy solving real time production issues and continuously upgrading my technical skills. I am now looking for an opportunity where I can further grow in VMware, Windows, and cloud technologies and add value to the organization.
