I bring 24 years of experience in Quality, HSE, Software, and Project Monitoring across various industries. For the past 18 years, Ive been with Lloyd Insulations India Ltd., an EPC company with a turnover of 950 crore, serving the Power Plants, Refineries, Fertilizers, and various sectors in fields like Insulation, PEB, Roof Sheeting, Fireproofing etc.
In my role as GM Monitoring & QHSE, I oversaw three critical departments. As the Head of Estimation & Monitoring, I managed around[removed]ongoing projects in the Northern India region, ensuring on time delivery, adherence to budget constraints, desired profitability, and customer satisfaction. This involved reviewing job cards, financial status, daily progress reports, and site expenses while complying with labor laws and factory regulations.
