About Me
Expert communicator with 8+ years of experience dedicated to customer service and advocacy within the field of Information Technology. I hold an Associates degree in Information Technology. I’ve spent the last 8 years working for a University where I created, maintained and explored troubleshooting for over 10,000 students and faculty members. I have carried out the entire process of taking calls, creating trouble tickets, making appointments to work the tickets, fixed the problem and followed up. I also created and updated spreadsheets. Researching issues, creating Manuel’s and putting into a report was one of my many specialties. For the past year I was a personal assistant virtually for a lawyer. My duties included research, compiling email lists, emails, phone calls, data entry and advertising.
