Alyanna Hipe

I am ALYANNA P. HIPE, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in University of Eastern Philippines and has a Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying under Heriot-Watt University in United Kingdom. I have also a certificate in Contract Law under Singapore Institute of Quantity Surveyors and Valuers. I am a license Civil Engineer, an accredited Material Engineer by the Department of Public Works and Highways and a Registered Master Plumber. I am also an Asea Engineer AER and an Associate Member of Philippines Institute of Certified Surveyor PICQS.

I have 9 nine years’ experience in working in construction from project conception to bidding process to implementation of the project to closing out and hand over. I have worked with DATEM Inc., and DMCI, two of the leading construction companies in the Philippines before working with W’Ray Construction in Singapore.
