I am a college student, studying pre-medical. I passed my matriculation with an aggregate of 92.47%. I was the National Winner of Oxford Big Read—a book reviewing competition—organized by Oxford University Press in[removed]I also received a distinction, and was the Gold Medalist of the Linguistic Competition organized by CEATS in 2018.

I'm obsessed with books and novels. Most of my time is spent in quenching my thirst for more knowledge. I've been told by quite some people that I'm blessed with an extraordinary talent which enables me to express feelings—my own and others'—in words. I write short prose and poetry.

Here's an example:

You were a ray of Sunshine
While I was a Raindrop...
I let you pass through me,
So you may unfold and reveal your hidden colours.
In the end,
You emerged as a vibrant soul,
a sight to behold
While I destroyed myself
trying to complete you whole...
You were meant to stay inside,
Be my sunshine...
But you went away, far away...
Forgetting about my smile.
