• Report to the Project Manager and lead a team of 5 – 3 Engineers – in installing , programming & Commissioning Automation control systems for the Different projects .
• Finalize scope & identify responsibilities for the project.
• Prepare engineering specification documentation, system & network architecture design,
• Prepare wiring schedules & communication drawings.
• Prepare bill of Automation materials BOM and order Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC, HMI or SCADA by using TIA Selection Tools software.
• Cost estimation based on customer specifications/Customer requirements
• Prepare P&I Diagram and program Flow chart based on customer specifications/Customer requirements
• Understand detail engineering drawings Power circuit diagrams, Control circuit diagrams, Panel internal arrangements
• Prepare the required PLC programs and Siemens SCADA programs for the Different Automation projects oil fields, concrete batching plants, asphalt plant, cement plants, limestone plants,
