About Me
With my experience in the BPO Industry as a Customer Associate, I was able to apply the skills I have learned from assisting customers to being an Appointment Setter.
Then as I was growing as an individual, I was also assigned to different roles such as but not limited to: training new hired applicants and doing Administrative tasks. As an Admin Assistant, I make sure that the assigned leads to Agents are called on time and also to check in with them regarding their tasks and follow ups.
On my spare time, I also try to upskill myself by taking courses and tutorials on how to become a successful over all Rock Star Virtual Assistant. I am knowledgeable in Product Sourcing and was able to do hands on in Amazon with Keepa tool.
