I am currently working as an Assistant Manager at iQor, a global provider of customer care and business process outsourcing solutions. My core competencies include business process improvement, key performance indicators, and Microsoft Excel.
As an Assistant Manager, I organize and direct the day to day activities related to the operation, managing, training, and guiding call center supervisors and their teams. I am passionate about delivering quality service to our clients and customers, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team.
