I am 34 years of age, responsible, articulate and have a passion for providing stellar company support and I am a very customer-Oriented, sales driven person. I have 15+ years experience in the Customer Support, QA, HR and Sales industry, and over this 15 year period I've worked for three major companies with a variety of services/products to offer–from health care to telecommunications, and I am looking for stability and a long term position.
From the first day I embarked on experiences with Redbeacon subsidiary of The Home Depot to Time Warner Cable, I have consistently realized my objective of bringing every single team I have managed or been apart of to be the standard of excellence. However, I have never believed that meeting those criteria alone was good enough. I fully focus on Client expectations, affordable budget, detailed-oriented and knowledgeable of all office functions and E-Commerce with a strong background in the business/administration and quality assurance.
