I have had various positions in call centers with different tasks such as contact with clients, customer support, selling services/products, and training and monitoring new employees. In my most recent job, I have been providing support to customers all over the world in English, Arabic, and French. I am someone who finds it important to spread positivity; someone who goes the extra mile to help customers/clients and colleagues. This would show in the positive feedback I would often receive from customers. I always take my work and the quality that I deliver very seriously. However, I would strive to do even better for an organization like yours.
I am a reliable person, have a high sense of responsibility, and can function well in stressful situations. I work well independently but am also a team player. I am eager to learn and develop myself. I have great verbal communication skills and, due to my experience in call centers, know how to deal with resistance.
