I am a highly focused,reliable, honest and very confident lady who has just completed a Bachelors degree of Science in Land Surveying and Geomatics and a certificate in computer studies from Makerere University.I have heard extensive work experience of 4 years in a variety of roles both in the field and office . I am very good at mapping , problem solving in GIS , image processing of remotely sensed data , analysis of results, data entry and verification
.I am well vasted with the following softwares ; ARCGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine, fragstats, AUTOCAD civil 3D, google earth pro, microsurvey CAD, map source, Microsoft excel and word Evidence of my experience and skills can be seen in my responsibilities at UBOS where I worked on the project of data verification through digitization of the old maps and updating the maps . At Ugasurv surveying and mapping consultants I worked on majorly cadastral projects of demarcating property boundaries. the major project I did at EMI was the topographic mapping of otinowaa children's home in Lira district. while working with Jozelem Construction Company I worked the project of constructing fangda residential hotel located at Kololo. I have also done private projects with different people such as a project of analyzing spatial pattern of urban land cover change using landscape metric ,case study Jinja using fragstats ,worked with Namekara mining company as the mine surveyor in charge of controlling the pit works and mapping the area and currently am an assistant surveyor on a road project soroti- katakwi-askim lot1 Uganda for MBW consultants . My role is to take measurements to check the contractor's quality , mapping, extension of benchmarks and designing. I strongly believe with my experience and honesty I can be of great help .
