About Me
Akhil Kapadia has been a practicing architect for over 10 years and headed a small team at one of Mumbai's renowned architectural practices that design architectural projects in and around the city. He is now based in the United Kingdom and is exploring opportunities in the architecture sector. He graduated from the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalonia, Barcelona with a Master’s Degree in Advanced Architecture in 2012 where he explored the realms of advanced parametric design research and digital tectonics. Before that, in 2007, he completed his B. Arch Degree from Mumbai University. He has the experience of working on a wide range of multi-scalar projects ranging from Urban Design to Architecture and Interior Design projects. He has been a visiting design studio instructor at one of Mumbai’s premier architecture schools. He has been a part of teams which have consistently won professional design competitions at a national level.
