I am an Email Security Engineer with over 6 years of hands on experience in protecting enterprise email environments from evolving cyber threats. My expertise includes identifying, analyzing, and mitigating email based attacks such as phishing, Business Email Compromise BEC, malware delivery, and spoofing.

I began my career working with Symantec Email Security.cloud as an L1 support engineer, where I built a strong foundation in email filtering, spam analysis, and customer issue resolution. During this time, I developed a solid understanding of how email threats bypass traditional defenses and how misconfigurations can expose organizations to risk.

I later progressed to an L3 role specializing in Symantec Messaging Gateway, where I handled advanced troubleshooting, complex email flow issues, and critical security incidents. This experience strengthened my ability to analyze email headers, trace message paths, and resolve high impact issues affecting business communication.
