As a Medical Representative, I involved in crafting customer facing materials for drugs detailing, adeptly tailoring them to meet the diverse needs and perceptions of consultants. This experience ingrained in me the importance of clear and effective communication in the medical field. Transitioning to the role of Medical Services Development Executive, I delved into policy and legislative research, an essential aspect of service enhancement. I was responsible for preparing communication materials to facilitate internal staff communication with patients. This role does not only deepen my understanding towards healthcare dynamics but also sharpened my ability to translate complex information into accessible content.
