My key career highlights was working for one of the countries leading supermarket chains. Being part of the Trends and innovation team I have been exposed to multiple ares of creating.

Supplying content for the National newspaper The Sunday Times I have had multiple recipes feature within the lifestyle section.

Holding a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Clinical Nutrition I have found a balance with food and Nutrition.
