My Name is Ahmed ElDeeb, I graduated from faculty of commerce BIS with excellent grade.
I have trained in several banks like NBE, Alex Bank and Banque Misr.
I took courses about customer service, Digital Marketing, Banking sector and Management skills.
I started my career as agent in complaint team in Etisalat UAE
Then got promoted to team SME then promoted to be operation duty
Current position is responsible for handling back office complaints to be actioned and closed within SL, also handling inbound calls within required AHT and SL
Supporting agents with required information to help reach customer satisfaction and achieve quality target
Also acting as delegate Team Leader two days per week
