Ahmad Hassan

I am Ahmad Tijani Hassan. I studied Law at Al Hikmah University, Ilorin, Kwara State where I successfully
graduated with a Second Class Upper division and emerged as the Best
Graduating Student in Law of Banking. I thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law
School, where I also graduated
demonstrating my commitment to academic excellence.

While working as an Associate at Otaru Otaru & Co, I developed a solid
foundation in various areas of law, including legal research, in relation to Fintech
Companies and relevant regulations, drafted contracts and legal documents for
clients in Fintech Companies, Alternative to Dispute Resolution, courtroom
representation. This experience has equipped me with the analytical and
advocacy skills essential for success in the Fintech and Commercial sector.

In furtherance to my legal qualifications, I have proactively pursued professional
development by enrolling for Masters LLM at University of Lagos which has equiped me intellectually
