In my current role as Partner Systems Development for Retail Clients Manager at Telecom Egypt, I spearhead large scale OSS and CRM integrations, manage end to end deployments of franchise and rewards systems, and oversee critical billing and CDR conversion projects. Previously, I directed the development of unified CRM systems for fixed line services, integrating platforms such as Huawei CRM and Te Data systems, ensuring seamless operations across multiple channels. My experience spans the full software lifecycle, including development in VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle PL/SQL, system integration, and cross functional team leadership.
