About Me

Interested in all matters relevant to early stage investing. This includes assisting private investors to prepare a due diligence report on a startup or assisting entrepreneurs to prepare to raise finance from external investors. I have 4+ years experience as head of deals management for a business angel network in Europe [DACH region], assisting a portfolio of 90+ companies, 800+ business angels and multiple rounds of investments from seed stage to Series A as well as sell side M&A transactions.
I would also be interested in general transaction advisory work where I can assist in projects with market research and other general advisory work. On the job training would be appreciated for these kinds of projects.
Previously held a position in corporate finance for 3 years, and was involved in fiduciary transactions, bond listings and general corporate governance. I have a masters in financial services and an ACCA accounting qualification.
