My name is Addisu Alemayehu I am Electrical And Computer engineer from Ethiopia I have 8 year work experience on hardware and software design. i have designed Prototype for Example me and my team design cash register Machin then i designed and tested APFCautomatic power factor corrector for production with my engineering group i have also designed many projects which are ready for production. doing my job i have encountered many problems but i have manage to overcome the problem to solve in the best way possible. my systematic approach on solving the problem is to conduct by carefully outlining every testing mechanism in the paper and conducting it accordingly after identifying the problem, then give suitable solution for a given identified problem. The main thing learned that from my work experience the key thing to be successful in my job is a group work in any kind of objective. in my country their is a saying if spiders web becomes all together it will catch bigger lion. i work
