My background covers technical documentation, B2B SaaS content, and web based content across a wide range of domains including ERP, HR and Payroll software, Point of Sale systems, and Oil and Gas platforms.
On the documentation side, I work with Docs as Code tools like Antora, MkDocs, and Jekyll, write in AsciiDoc and Markdown, and have set up documentation pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab CI/CD. I can take a product from zero documentation to a fully structured, published doc site.
