About Me
Are you looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to perform a variety of tasks. In this role, I`m responsible for scanning documents and typing important information into your database. I must have a high school diploma and excellent typing skills. You must take the 10 Key typing test before you hire me. Its also a major that I`m familiar with common business software, such as vendor management and invoicing programs and Microsoft Outlook. I deal with a high volume of data, so I must be able to work on a strict deadline.
My Duties and Responsibilities:
* Scan documents for digital files
* Type information into your database
* Maintain an organized file system
* Establish organization standards
* Perform additional administrative tasks, such as invoicing
My qualification for data entry
* High school diploma or GED certificate
* Strong typing skills
* Experience with databases and common business software
* Excellent organizational skills
