Abraham Musembi Joshua

As a Workforce Management and Reporting Lead at Majorel Kenya, I leverage my skills in data science/analytics, and machine learning, to optimize the performance and productivity of the care center teams. I am responsible for forecasting, scheduling, managing, and reporting the call center operations workload, staffing, and budget. I also implement process enhancements and automation solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

I have a Bachelor of Actuarial Science from Kisii University, where I gained knowledge and experience in insurance and financial services, such as product development, pricing, valuation, and claims analysis. I am passionate about the future and the innovative technologies that shape it, such as AI, 5G, and IoT. I enjoy being involved in new initiatives and ideas that challenge me to learn and grow. I aim to apply my actuarial and data science/analytics expertise to solve complex business problems and deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
