My professional journey over the past 6+ years reflects consistent growth, adaptability, and strong leadership in the BPO and customer service industry. I began my career as a Voice Agent at Radical Minds Pvt. Ltd., where I handled travel related queries for Goibibo. As the pandemic unfolded, I transitioned to 1MG as a Voice Agent, ensuring uninterrupted support during challenging times. Post COVID, I joined Zomato’s chat process and continued to evolve with every new opportunity.

With a strong inclination toward excellence and process understanding, I moved to MakeMyTrip’s backend hotel department. There, I was promoted to Quality Analyst, handling audits, CSAT/DSAT analysis, escalation management, and team training. I was responsible for daily team huddles and performance reviews, and managed quality for both voice and backend hotel support functions.

In 2023, I joined V5 Global Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Leader, overseeing the MediBuddy insurance backend process with 30+ team members. I
