Abeer Jomaa

Abeer Joma’a, holder of M.P.H. degree in Community Mental Health , B.A. degree in Psychology, and PHD student. She worked with many NGOs which are; CRIC Italy, Save the Children, Mercy Corps, MDM-France, ANERA, MA’AN, Natuf, and Catholic Relief Services, in the field of Child Protection, Disaster Risk Reduction, Capacity Building, Special Education, Mental Health and Psycho-social, Gender Based violence. Her career path, includes working as a Psychologist, Consultant, Researcher and trainer for many organizations, she started her academic life by working as a Lecturer in Al Quds Open University in[removed]she published research about “Relationship between stressors due to siege of Gaza Strip on anxiety, depression and coping strategies among university student” at “Arab Journal of Psychiatry Vol.26, No1.”. She has a lot of abilities such as, Provide psychological assistance, conduct baseline and final studies, evaluation or assessments, developing manuals and materials in above subject
