With a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems and an ISTQB Foundation Level certification, I possess a strong foundation in both the technical and managerial aspects of software testing. I am currently a Senior Software Testing Engineer at e&UAE, with Automation experience in tools such as [Cucumber, TestNG, Maven, API Postman & SOUP UI] and Manual testing experience [Writing test cases, Requirements analysis, Test planning]. I am involved in testing the processes that customers undergo when using e& UAE Telecommunication services.
At Systems LTD and e& UAE, I apply my skills and knowledge to analyze client requirements, execute and optimize test cases, test service processes, write bug reports and daily reports, and support my team members. I am proficient in manual software testing using Jira tools, and I am also learning automation testing, programming languages, mobile testing, API testing, and AI testing to advance my career.
