Furthermore, I have gained exposure in Arbitration matters before the respective Arbitral Tribunal and have drafted various company law petitions/applications in NCLT proceedings. Represented various Banks and NBFCs before the District Courts of Delhi and obtained favorable orders under the provisions of law.
