About Me

Hello there,

I have over 5 year's experience in administrative roles. I have a wealth of knowledge within customer service based positions, also including technical support and medical travel insurance consulting. I am a rapid learner with new CRM's and internal systems as I have used many, relevant to my different positions.

I lived in Barcelona, Spain for 5 years working for various companies such as Hewlett Packard, Apple, Brother Printers and AXA Assistance, where my role was as an emergency medical travel assistance consultant.

I have a very kind nature which is why I believe I enjoy customer service and assisting people. I am outgoing and always happy to help whether it be via emails or over the phone directly with the client or customer. I am prompt with contact and relations with my employers and clients.
