Youmin Park

Born in South Korea. Moved and lived in South Africa for a decade. Studied BA Information Design in the University of Pretoria and started as a freelance illustrator/designer since the second year by one of lecturers’ encouragement. Currently moved back to SK and still working as and loving freelance works. The background I've grown up with, which are exploring vast diversity and unique ethnicity, expanded my creative field.

I've done various design/illustration commissions but main freelance works I've done so far, and am strong with, are character concept/design, individual graphic novels from conceptualising to lettering and delivering in digital files, and educational illustration/drawings from US and book cover, and brochure design in SA. Sometimes I also did branding and CI design.
Most of my clients I had were highly recommending me and satisfied with my service because of the work ethic I have built on for them: honesty, communication, and respect. I'm also a fast worker.
