I can impart Technical Training, help in creating Technical
Manuals, Study Guides etc, and even assist in Troubleshooting Desktop and
Technical Training can be imparted on the Windows Server
2008/2012, Windows 7/8 etc, and even Exchange Server, Hyper-V etc. The training
would be an in-depth one with core concepts of the Active Directory, Group
Policies, Backup and Restore etc. being covered in detail. The same can be
worked along the lines of the Microsoft Official Curriculum, or can be
customized based upon the availability of the customer. The customer can have
the training delivered online (via Saba/Skype etc) or even at his or her
premises, depending upon the comfort level, time/work constraint etc. of the
customer and/or trainees.
I can also aid in the creation and development of Training
Guides, Training Manuals, Lab Guides, Lab Manuals, with proper screenshots of
the same, by re-creating the entire solution/scenario in Virtual Machines, and
have a Step – by – Step Guide created. This will aid an easy and graphical
understanding of the core underlying technological concept for the learner.
I can also aid in installing, Maintaining and troubleshooting
Server and Desktop systems either hands-on or via Remote Control utilities such
as Ammy Admin, Teamviewer etc. Scope of work for Servers can include
Installation and Creation of the Domain, User Account Creation and Management, User
Access Permissions, Setting up of Security Policies, Backup and Restore etc.
What the Seller needs to start the work
Training Duration, and Content. If the Customer is not sure of the training contents, he/she can get the same from me. Also, a customization of the training modules can be achieved to suit the requirements of the customer. However, the actual time frame can be worked around depending upon the customer's requirements.
