We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer with proven experience in creating high-CTR thumbnails. This is for a faceless YouTube channel targeting a U.S. audience. The ideal candidate understands the psychology behind clickable thumbnails and can deliver eye-catching designs consistently.

Requirements:

• Prior experience designing YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required)
• Strong grasp of click-through rate (CTR) optimization strategies
• Ability to design in HD (1280x720) with mobile and TV visibility in mind
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar
• Fast turnaround (must meet deadlines)
• Ability to take direction based on title/theme and iterate based on performance feedback

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with faceless channel niches (e.g., movie breakdowns, self-improvement, finance)
• Familiarity with A/B testing and thumbnail performance analysis
• Understanding of branding consistency across a channel
