User provided prompt: an ERP system, the backoffice for interior designers who do big projects, like hotels. Projects will be the main table of the application, and almost everything will be related to it. The product catalog will likely center on WooCommerce, with other sources possible. There should be a utility to generate Room Numbers and Room Types, like 101 to 110 are King Rooms, 111 to 130 are Queen Rooms, etc. The Room Numbers need to be stored in a table related/linked to the Project. The definition of the items in each room will be defined by the accepted Client Quote, and the corresponding products selected by the Designer. Our model is a modern one, that the designer gets approval on their concept before doing detailed costing, before even selecting specific products, so that as little of their work is thrown away, as in more traditional front-loaded workflows. Client Quotes will need to be generated for client approval, which will be by e-signature, which needs to be tracked, at least with an IP address and a time stamp. Vendor Quotes will need to be generated so that the designer can get the best prices on the client selected items. Ideally, the vendors would have a login so that they could enter their bids by item. Vendor Quotes should include Shipping cost, and that should be reflected on the appropriate documents. Vendors should enter the Shipping Quote as a separate line item, and will have to create shippers (trucking companies or freight brokers) that don't already exist, which implies a Shippers table. A light integration to trucking company shipment tracking sites is expected. Likely this will simply be a URL computed by the concatenation of some fixed string and the shipment ID. That formula could be stored as a part of the shipper record in the Shippers table.
