For one to one meeting:

  • Advisor Profile – There would be several advisors working with the Company. Each Advisor would be able to add their hourly fees amount in the profile itself;
  • Schedule an appointment – Advisors will choose which day and time they are available. Customer will check the availability of advisors and choose the time and duration slot accordingly. 
Advisor side: Advisor would be able to monitor or manage the appointment details of customers. Company would be able to see all the appointed together;
  • Payment – On choosing the date and time and duration (1 hour, 2 hour), it will take the customer to the payment page to add credit points. Suppose he got the free credit points from us of $1,000 and need to pay $2,000 to book an appointment, it will prompt to pay the balance amount. Suppose Customer requires to pay only $1,000 for the booking then no credit card payment is required. Add amount option will always be there. The advisor should receive the payment after deduction of some company margin.
  • Notification – It will notify the customer for the successful payment and booking via email and on the website.
  • Video Chatting – Customer would be able to join the meeting and advisor may add more people to the room if required.
  • Screen Sharing – Any party in the room can share the screen.
  • Screen Recording – Screen recording is mandatory.
  • Chat – Both the party would be able to chat during the meeting and will automatically disconnect with each other after the meeting but the room will still be there for reference.
  • Warning – It will warn when meeting will be about to end. May be 5 minutes before. 
 For WEBINAR:
  • Schedule an Webinar – Advisors will fix a webinar date, time, fees, audience size and will send the invitation code via email / social media to join the webinar. Audience will be prompted to take action on the invitation. 
  • Payment – Before receiving the approval from the Company, audience will be required to sign up/Signin to our app. First time user will get some free credit to use. List of future webinar will show on the dashboard. On clicking to any particular webinar, it will take the customer to the payment page to add credit points. Suppose he got the free credit points from the company of $100 and need to pay $200 to join the webinar, it will prompt to pay the balance amount. Suppose Customer requires to pay only $50 for the booking then no credit card payment is required. The host should receive the payment after deduction of some company margin.
  • Notification – It will notify the customer for the successful payment and booking via email and on the website.
  • Video Webinar – There can be multiple webinar on the same day and time. Audience would be able to join the webinar room on the given date and host may add more people to the room if required and choose who can talk or share the screen or record.
  • Audience: They will get the turn to speak and host would be able to allow and disallow.
  • Screen Sharing – Host will always be able to share the screen. In Audience, only chosen people can share the screen.
  • Screen Recording – Only chosen people can record the screen
  • Chat – All in the room would be able to comment during the meeting and will automatically disconnect with each other after the meeting but the room will still be there for reference.
