I would like to purchase a service for the development of a
web-based program that includes the following features:  (1) videoconferencing, (2) simultaneous
display of multiple video screens, (3) document display with video screen (4)
ability to upload documents into application (5) ability to retrieve uploaded
documents, (5) username and password protection, (6) e-mail function, (7) menu
at side of screen, and (8) a form or screen to enter notes. Some of the
features may not have to be included such as the e-mail.
