We are seeking a Data Entry professionals who is comfortable with high volume data entry assignments.This position require service-minded individual to join our dynamic Data Entry team, to review online survey information and type the information into our database, also related duties as needed.
If you can type and have an obsessive desire for accuracy, for a Data Entry you’re the ideal candidate if you are computer-savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.This individual will be responsible for managing incoming customer orders and entering them into the database system.
This individual works as a team member in successfully delivering departmental needs. Must be able to work well with a variety of individuals and be able to resolve issues professionally, we count on meticulously accurate and insightful data to drive our solutions. Also our ideal Data Entry candidate must be able to interact in a professional manner with internal and external customers.
Previous experience in data entry is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Arranging and facilitating files on the company database
� Assist with special projects and support Supervisor as needed
� Develop and implement Audit on the database system
� Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders
� Generate and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
� Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
� Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match the needs of clients.
� Answer inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
� Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients.
� Uncompromising attention to detail.
� Advanced user of MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Word.
� Ability to monitor and execute on inbound order streams.
� Formal training and/or extensive experience in data entry best practices.
� Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
� Proven organizational and time management skills.
� Good verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
� Able to manage multiple responsibilities and have high attention to details.
