Job description

We are looking for talented Photo Editors to join our growing team on a long term basis. These team members will play a major role in defining and maintaining our visual style standards and ensuring all features are fully optimized for our clientele. 
The successful candidate should be able to communicate clearly and concisely with the rest of the team. They should be able to collaborate with other editors and if need be oversee the quality of the work of others. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure all assignments are edited by standards on time to meet deadlines
  • Work with the editor and other team members 
  • Manipulate photos to achieve the highest quality using the appropriate tools
  • Plan, organize and manage production
  • Stay up to date with the new best practices and editing technologies

Requirements and qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Photo Editor using an up to date digital technology (e.g. Lightroom & Photoshop) for 3 years
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication
  • A creative mind with an eye for detail
  • Must be able to work independently 
  • Must be flexible in shift rotations following MST (Day, Midday, Night)
  • Fast Internet: Ability to share/upload large files
  • Must have an existing Computer set up or Laptop (
  • Real Estate Photo Editing Knowledge: 
  • Colour Correcting
  • White Balance
  • Exposure
  • Sharpening
  • Contract and Light Adjustments
  • Vertical and Horizontal Straightening
  • Cropping and Resizing
  • Sky color enhancement
  • Editing and masking multiple images in Photoshop and painting in layers
  • Windows Retouching
  • Window Pull-in Photoshop
  • Objects removal
  • TV Screen Replacement
  • Know how to do HDR Editing
  • Outdoor sky Replacement

Preferred

  • BS in photography, visual arts, digital media or similar relevant field
  • Video Editing experience (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects)

Pay

The pay will be determined based on your level of skill and the other people that apply to the job.
