We need a Project Leader for Software Projects

Hi

We have an urgent requirement of a candidate who is already experienced with order processing activities from deal to delivery. We are looking for someone who is already experienced with same industry projects (Web Applications Development, Mobile Applications Development, Internet Marketing and Hosting Support).

We need hands on experience to handle following responsibilities...

• Manage Projects, Delivery, and manage different technical teams
• Expertise in Analyze the general & technical requirement (Web, Android and IOS Applications and/or Digital Marketing)
• Analyze the costing of projects.
• Create all required documents whenever required... Statement of Work (SOW)(If not provided), Requirements Description Document (RDD), Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Software Design Document (SDD) a.k.a Software Development Plan (SDP), Software Test Plan (STP), Process Flow and Data Flow Diagrams, Quotation, etc with technical reviews.
• Create the plans of project testing and deliveries.
• Liaise with different technical teams to review the projects progress.
• Manages, maintains and tracks the overall project plan, controls, and work assignments.
• Builds and maintains a cohesive project team and foster working relationships. Also Ensuring the project is managed according to the plan and Assigns tasks to team members.

Skills required...

• Good Past experience in creating Project Documents like SOW, RDD, SRS, SDD, SDP, STP, DFD, etc
• Strong initiative and the ability to drive projects to completion with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including risk management and issue resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and manage distributed teams.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with self-motivation, initiative and the ability to think outside the box.
