Looking for a Virtual Assistant Superstar to be the chief organization King or Queen! Someone who likes to work hard, but have fun at work too and ultimately put in full-time hours (30 to 40 hours per week) and be in it for the long term. To start however, this is posting is for an initiation period for one month to see if this job is a good fit for you.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING / PROSPECTING:
– Load listings of homes for sale to Kijiji & other Real Estate related websites.
– Posting Real Estate / locally focused content to Social Media
– Potentially Writing Blogs
– Handwritten Notes, Envellopes and putting on postage stamps
– Cross referencing the Do Not Call List database.
– Executing surveys by telephone.
– Light Graphic Art work: Updating templated graphic art material (Feature Sheets & Just Listed / Just Sold Cards)
– Sending emails to potential customers.CLIENT MANAGEMENT
– Updating Database
– Sending home sale anniversary emails to clients.
– Helping to coordinate client events
– Follow ups by email, phone call & textADMINISTRATIVE
– Eventually learning how to fill out forms. (For writing offers / Listing properties for sale)
– Scheduling / Arranging Showings (For Buyers & Sellers)
– Real Estate Sale Transaction Management
– Compiling recent comparable home sales research.
(You will be trained over time to execute all of these tasks.)
– Strong grasp of spoken and written english.
– Must have strong organizational skills
– Very familiar with Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
– Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel (or similar platforms)
– Will have to be a self starter.
– Takes direction well.
– Handles all aspects of business in a respectful and always kind manner.
