We need a part-time virtual assistant to help us with various business initiatives - full training will be provided. Job duties may include:
- Creation of client and supplier emails
- Using existing Excel worksheets to calculate project costs
- Online research
- Online email and Linkedin outreach to new prospects
- Other administrative, marketing and research duties as required
The job requirements include excellent written and spoken English, high proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Customer service and project coordination skills are preferred.
