Summary:
We are seeking a highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Personal Assistant to provide superior support in our busy environment. This role requires a high level of integrity, autonomy, and communication skills as it will involve handling various tasks ranging from checking security cameras to programming locks and communicating with maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, able to make decisions independently, ask effective questions when necessary, and is proficient in using ChatGPT.
Responsibilities:

 <li>Manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of appointments.</li>
 <li>Utilize tools like ChatGPT to automate and streamline tasks.</li>
 <li>Troubleshoot minor technical issues, including checking and managing security cameras and programming digital locks.</li>
 <li>Coordinate with maintenance and printing teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.</li>
 <li>Perform administrative duties such as managing emails, generating reports, and creating documents.</li>
 <li>Provide support in personal tasks and errands as required.</li>

Requirements:

 <li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant role.</li>
 <li>High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.</li>
 <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.</li>
 <li>Strong technical abilities, including experience with security systems, digital locks, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in using AI tools, with experience in ChatGPT a plus.</li>
 <li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
 <li>Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal guidance.</li>
 <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
 <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li>
</ol>
