I have a video around 15 mins long (but my videos have lots of empty space fillers, so maybe 8 mins, I can send the video if needed)
I need you to remove long silent gaps, too many "umms" or "ah", or shuttering,

Also fix the volume as it's too low, remove background noise if there is any, and remove any peaks/troughs in voice.

This video is a little different in that  It's just me speaking.
The only animation needed would be words coming on the video regarding the topic I am speaking about.

I am willing to pay $3-4 (total) for this video. Try to revise proposal as I can't seem to do so.
