Video editing for a faceless channel with motion graphics, AI generated images and videos

I am seeking a highly creative and skilled video editor to produce engaging and visually compelling videos for a faceless YouTube channel. The channel focuses on finance, and will uses voiceovers, AI-generated images/videos, and motion graphics to keep viewers engaged without on-camera appearances.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit raw audio and video clips into cohesive, polished videos suitable for YouTube.
• Add transitions, sound effects, background music, and text overlays to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Ensure pacing, timing, and structure align with best practices for retention on YouTube.

1. Faceless Content Creation:

• Work with voiceover scripts and narration to create videos that do not show any human face.
• Generate and synchronize appropriate AI-generated visuals (images and stock footage) that match the script and mood.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone throughout all videos.

1. AI-Generated Visual Integration:

• Use AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, RunwayML, Pika Labs, D-ID, Synthesia, etc.) to generate thematic images and clips.
• Edit and refine AI-generated content to fit seamlessly into the video timeline.
• Stay updated on the latest AI visual tools and trends for continuous creative improvement.

1. Motion Graphics & Animation:

• Design and animate custom motion graphics (titles, infographics, transitions, etc.) to visualize complex ideas or data.
• Use tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar to create visually engaging motion sequences.
• Ensure animations are smooth, modern, and aligned with the channel’s branding.

1. Asset Management & Organization:

• Organize project files, manage content libraries
• Ensure all files are delivered in correct formats (HD/4K) and optimized for YouTube publishing.
• Collaborate via shared drives or project management tools as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing content for YouTube, especially faceless or narration-based channels.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar).
• Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools or a willingness to learn them.
• Creative storytelling skills and a good sense of pacing, design, and sound.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and retention strategies.
• Experience with scriptwriting or storyboard collaboration.
• Experience creating shorts or repurposed content for TikTok/Instagram.

Project Details:

• Video length: Typically 15–20 minutes
• Frequency: 1 video per week
• Timeline: Ongoing, with potential for long-term collaboration
