Untangling Boardmix and Applying to My Projects

I bought a Lifetime Deal of https://boardmix.com/ - I think it's pretty cool, and could serve for mind mapping, flow charting, etc. You can find some details on AppSumo.

My issue is I am really busy, and don't have the patience to figure it out. But I think it's kind of Hypertext organizer for various project documentation- I know they have a feature called Roadmap, which is kind of an overview of the workspace, which can have multiple pages - So, you can have a cover page, some text, mind maps, flowcharts and other types of diagrams, and people new to your project can more easily follow and get up to speed for the organization.

There's some AI integration, and you can generate diagrams by describing them, but I don't want to burn too many of those credits.

One thing, I created a flowchart of my application dev process using AI, and Boardmix generated Mermaid script from my description, but I can't see hot to render it visually, which is the idea, although Mermaid is pretty versatile.

I also don't see how to switch from Select/click to Drag mode in a diagram, so I can't pan, which is really annoying.

So, for this cool tool, pretty new and partly AI powered, I am looking for someone smart and familiar with writing documentation to generate for me a Google Doc to replace some of the missing documentation. Loom-style videos would be most useful.

The first question, how do I think of this tool? Like GDocs, upgraded, maybe?
