MONTHLY MILESTONE.
the Virtual Assistant will work with high total confidence, disclosure with CEO, autonomy, and only
under instructions and approval of CEO and first VA. High discipline and consistency are required.
You'll be tutored, trained, and managed by your referrer Gift Uloma, First VA until you well fixed your routine.
If the first month of the test is approved then we will continue on the next month.
SECOND VA MASTER TASK: According to "VA TABLE" Tasks:
to send daily 30 emails to Pinterest contact, apply an accurate protocol,
&amp; win some deal + extra bonus 4$ / deal won. (30 emails/ day minimum)
Repetitive Skipping days will be claimed to Truelancer admin for partial refunding.
SECOND VA AFFILIATED TASKS According to "VA TABLE" Tasks:
- will be available for CEO 365 Days/years H24
- will make all actions that will help the CEO &amp; optimize the time of the CEO.
- Provide all support support requests by the CEO,
- will be the unique first entry contact of the CEO. (First level of external contact)
- will filter &amp; report strategical information to the CEO if an important decision is needed.
- will ask for approval and instructions from the CEO for any strategic answers.
- will answer all entries with perfect English.
- will manage call entries
- will manage emails, Calendar &amp; appointment
- will manage orders of the CEO
- will organize, and coordinate with other teammates
- will manage Social media &amp; Marketing task
- will accept additional tasks asked by the CEO to assist him anyways no matter the circumstances.
- will spot, identify and track all suspect anomalies, issues, or potential failures,
- will anticipate the task &amp; strategical action of the CEO
- will care for his CEO and ask if needed support for anything with proactivity
- will dedicate all his time to his CEO and provide exclusive assistant work for the CEO
- will be very productive to reach out &amp; follow Up on the email list (30 emails/ day minimum)
- will inform &amp; ask approval to his CEO to any new external partnership
- will not ask for any other advantages or negotiate other bonuses anyways.
- will be open to learning the VA routine, skills, and process from the current first VA named Gift Uloma.
- will manage lists to reach out and get rewarded on the standardized extra bonus of 4$ if the deal has been won.
- will manage the Blogger's Team, and Blogger's Table by watching out to Bloggers daily posts,
- will report on the VA's Table &amp; in Whatsapp to the CEO &amp; Gift
- will update every end of days the CEO related to Daily Tasks bloggers in the VA's Table
What is a deal won, What is a validated/accepted deal by the Pinterest Influencer:
- 1: reached person is ok with the deal proposed &amp; start apply requirements
- 2: reached person has confirmed the start date
- 3: reached person has provided his Paypal ID or Freelance profile link for the payment
- 4: a reached person is ready to apply requirements in the next month not later.
- 5: 4 above points will be respected to earn the extra bonus 4$ standardized.

To unlock your payment in Truelancer at the end of the month your reporting must be 100% completed from this Table. (Columns AO &amp; AP)
An incorrect, missing comment, mistaken, unworking link, wrong link, fake reported day, or skipped day will be counted as a skipped day in our workstream.
How to mark a day's work done when my daily job is done:
1. copy and paste the link of your work done the way you could provide proof of work done.
2. past the link of your work done in the daily frame by creating a comment from the "add comment" button.
3. Tick the check box to complete &amp; report your job. and that's it!
