People, I am looking to hire some one to develop a website for me hosted on google cloud. I need the data base and everything managed with the google cloud.

After looking at the proposals, I thought i should elaborate the project a bit more to give some clarification.

Requirements of the website:
1. It should be something like a carwale.com, zigwheels.com etc 
2. Able to support multiple languages 
3. With modern design and tech architecture 
4. Data base and website hosted on the cloud infra 
5. It will be a dynamic website with templates and data being filled from the database
