VIDEO COLLECTION PROJECT SUMMARYObjective:The aim is to compile video clips from a diverse pool of at least three thousand individuals who meet specific criteria.Participant Requirements:<ul><li>Participants must confirm their proficiency in English and regional language.</li><li>They should not be affiliated with performing rights organizations, guilds, unions, or similar entities.</li></ul>Basic Shoot Requirements:<ul><li>Videos are categorized into Types A, B, C, and D, each with distinct specifications.</li><li>Type A: Record using a handheld camera, maintaining a portrait orientation. Capture the participant's face from a frontal angle, allowing natural head movements. Some clips may require participants to walk and talk simultaneously.</li><li>Type B: Utilize a fixed camera mount, such as a tripod, with a landscape orientation. Ensure the participant's face is captured from a frontal angle, allowing natural head movements.</li><li>Type C: Use either a stationary setup or a camera operated by a second person. Maintain a landscape orientation and capture the participant's face from various side angles, ranging from left profile to right profile views. The method of capturing these angles is at the participant's discretion.</li><li>Type D: Utilize a fixed camera mount. The orientation can be either portrait or landscape. Participants should face the camera in a frontal angle, allowing natural head movements. However, it's desirable for participants not to lock their heads to the camera rigidly.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">The client is considering a potential future project requiring special vocal capabilities. This could involve: Singing a public-domain song.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Using a "special voice" to introduce an original imaginary character, such as a flying squirrel, a glorious hero bitten by a cricket, a puppet made of mops, an evil robot, a space villain who likes to tell dad jokes, an alien who raps, etc.</li><li>A Type D clip should demonstrate such special vocal capability. Note: These clips are optional.</li><li>All clips must be recorded in 4K resolution at 60 frames per second (FPS) with synchronized audio.</li><li>The duration of each clip should range from 30 seconds to 2 minutes.</li></ul>Procedure:<ul><li>Respond to different prompts or interview questions provided for each clip.</li><li>Maintain a natural and engaging tone with energy and expressiveness.</li><li>Record a total of 7-9 clips in the user's first or local language and the rest of the clip in English, categorized by camera type and emotional category.</li><li>Include at least 1 clip where the participant is walking with a Type A setup.</li><li>Avoid revealing personal information or displaying trademarks/logos.</li><li>Complete metadata requirements before submitting the video.</li></ul>Capture Environment:<ul><li>Ensure the recording environment is well-illuminated with no visible grain or low-light artifacts.</li><li>Recordings can be done indoors or outdoors, provided there is adequate lighting.</li><li>Outdoor recordings should showcase various lighting conditions and times of day.</li><li>The participant's face must be in clear focus and occupy approximately half of the frame's height.</li><li>Avoid intentional obstruction of any part of the face.</li></ul>Ensure audio quality matches the video and there are no distracting background noises.
