For a given document like medical history (say) in this use case, for providing the needful insights on the disease/name, BERT-Base model is a best fit.
First, the model is trained using Bert-Base-NER (Named Entity Recognition) model to recognize the disease entity which is used to tag for the summary of the data provided.
Then, using the Bert-Base Model, by following the three-layered technique of Bert, summarization of the data is performed based on the entity which is identified in above step thereby providing the meaningful insights and achieving state-of-the-art performance for the task.
