Telemarketer for a Home Improvement Company

We are a fast-growing Home Improvement company and need to hire full and part time permanent telemarketing/sales positions. Candidate will have the opportunity to earn bonuses on top of hourly pay.

Company will provide:

·      Company training

·      Company script

Qualified individuals must have:

·      No speaking accent, extremely proficient in speaking and writing in English

·      Access to a fast and reliable internet connection, with a minimum of 25Mbps, download speed

·      A home working environment suitable for making outbound calls without background noise and/or disruptions

·       Reliable PC at least core i5 or equivalent processor 8 GB of RAM

·      Headset with microphone for PC

·       Must be sales-driven, money motivated, and possess an excellent work ethic

·      Outgoing personality that is not afraid to be on the phone

·       2+ Years sales/cold calling experience

·       Experience using a CRM

·       Coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed

·       Must have SKYPE

Responsibilities:

·      Warm call people using a provided list of prospective clientele

·      Make a minimum of 250 outbound calls per day

·      Setting qualified sales appointments

·      Delivering excellent follow-up proactively and on time / as promised to ensure the highest levels of professionalism and sales efficiency

·       Answer incoming calls from potential customers

·       Use scripts to provide information about service features and present their benefits

·       Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system

·      Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
