Job Title: Freelance Digital Media Designer for Social Media Content

Location: Remote

Monthly Salary: $250

About Us: Bailasan Liquor Store, located in Amman, Jordan, is a trusted name in the local market for quality beer, wine, spirits, and premium liquor. With over a decade of experience, we are now focused on enhancing our social media presence to stay ahead in a highly competitive market.

We are seeking a talented Freelance Digital Media Designer to create visually stunning and engaging content for our social media platforms. If you are passionate about design, marketing, and branding, and can deliver high-quality content on a budget, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Create the Bailasan Brand Identity. 
• Develop and design creative, high-quality social media posts, stories, reels, and ads that align with the Bailasan brand identity. - We will require 4 posts per week, 20 Reels per month, 15 Stories per month. 
• 
  
• Work closely with the owner to understand content themes, target audience, and seasonal campaigns.
• Create original designs and visual assets, including promotional banners, videos, GIFs, and motion graphics.
• Research trends in the liquor and beverage industry to create competitive and appealing content.
• Schedule posts and maintain consistency across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Incorporate Arabic and English text into designs when needed.
• Optimize content for mobile-first viewing and quick engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing social media content (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Envato, others.
• Video editing skills and familiarity with apps like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Ability to deliver quick turnarounds while maintaining quality.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific requirements (Instagram, Facebook).
• Marketing knowledge to craft designs that drive engagement and sales.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.

You must be available online as you will be designing Offers, promotions, and sale contents for our social media outlets.
