Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing SEO Analyst is responsible for developing search
engine optimization strategy designed to drive brand awareness and
qualified website traffic generating incremental revenue from the
in-store and online sale of Tractor Supply products. Your role will be
responsible for delivering digital marketing analytics for all owned,
earned and paid channels You will monitor
and evaluate the effectiveness and success of digital marketing
efforts, and measure and report on actual results against the plan. You
will work cross-functionally with tagging, data governance, IT and other
teams to resolve measurement gaps and data issues related to SEO and
website marketing analytics.


Manage SEO Optimizations

  • Daily monitoring of on-site and off-site SEO factors that impact site
    traffic, eCommerce sales, and store visits leveraging tools such as
    Search Console, Adobe Analytics and Searchmetrics

  • Partner with IT and production teams to recommend changes to website
    architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO
    positions for target keywords

  • Ensure SEO optimizations (on-page and technical changes ) are current and evolving with the changing SEO

  • Conduct keyword research to discover, expand, and add keywords to ensure is optimized for competitive positioning

  • Continuously research industry trends to understand how SEO is impacted
    by site structure and platform enhancements and provide recommendations
    to optimize

Local Listing Management
  • Manage local listing to ensure accurate store
    information regarding location, hours, and services on Google, Bing,
    Apple, Facebook and Foursquare.

Marketing Insights & Analysis

  • Reporting and analysis using SEO tools (i.e. seranking, Ahref
    etc.) to perform competitor research, detect technical issues, analyze
    link profile, and identify content opportunities

  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting within owned, earned and paid
    channels, work cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive analysis on
    website and media performance, channel mix, utilization, conversion and
    the financial impact of campaigns, programs and events.

  • Present findings and translate complex ideas into simple recommendations to a non-technical audience

  • Identify opportunities and support the development, enhancement and
    consolidation of automated marketing dashboards to support business

  • Support QA testing for Analytics tagging, attribution reporting and marketing data.

After each analysis you make and report for each site you will transfer reports to
1.developers to implement changes will submit to our backlinkers the report of the type of back links we need and they will implement it
3. for back links that needs to be gained through emails and outreach you will work with me and implement the outreach.
